Troubleshooting Steps

• Forgotten Password: Click the Forgot Password link on the login page and enter your registered email. A reset link will be sent to you; please allow 5–10 minutes for it to arrive and check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.
• Account Lockout: For your security, the system automatically locks your account after three unsuccessful attempts. Please wait 30 minutes before trying to log in again. If you remain locked out after this period, contact us to request a manual unlock.
• Browser Conflicts: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies or try opening the portal in a private or incognito window. We recommend using Chrome or Edge for the best experience.
• Registration: If you have not yet set up your account, select Register or First Time User on the login page. Ensure you have your Medicare or insurance ID and the email address used during your evaluation handy.
