To participate in the program and receive equipment, the campaign follows a simplified seven-step process:
- Initial Intake: Contacting MedEquipped via phone or email to provide basic information and mobility needs.
- Clinical Evaluation: Undergoing a personalized assessment conducted by certified Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs).
- Insurance and Funding: MedEquipped handles the paperwork and insurance navigation to secure coverage through Medicare or private plans.
